Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. The standard carrier is GLS with tracking, delivered without a signature. If you prefer delivery with a signature, an additional fee will apply. Delivery is also available to Mondial Relay and Relais Colis pickup points. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel online.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal costs. They may contain a fixed and a variable part depending on the total price or weight of your order. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile products.
All parcels are oversized and well protected.
Return Policy
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return one or more items.
Returned items must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Any item that is worn, damaged, or incomplete cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are at your expense and must be arranged by you using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for greater security.
